I lost connection with myself managing the family, household, social connections, raising active children, and working full-time in a sales career. I lost my focus and attention span. My energy declined. The future with the kids out of the house began to creep into my mind. Then what was next? I ached to do something creative. I was  longing for it as I desired to do something deeper. So, then I did! I activated my  creativity and started an online art gallery and workshops. I became very curious if other women were experiencing what I went through. So, I started interviewing mid-life professional women.
