Taken at Emerald Lake at the border of Alberta and British Columbia this is one of my favourite spots to go and visit. Upon crossing an old wooden bridge you are confronted with mountains and trees alike. To the left is a large lake resting at the foot of several mountains, to the right is this scene; a calm inlet filled with small peninsulas playing host to a countless coniferous trees.  Stunning and fresh photograph of a beautiful Canadian lake and forest set against a snowy mountain landscape.
