“I am deeply passionate about exploring a diverse range of motifs on my canvas, allowing myself the freedom to express and share my sense of optimism with viewers. My oil painting style has developed into something very distinct, with a signature quality that’s recognizable across my work. I take care to preserve the freshness, light, and energy of my initial brushstrokes, ensuring these elements remain throughout the entire painting process. My vivid oil representations of everyday life resonate with people, often leading to treasured commissioned pieces that capture unique moments. Art has always been at the heart of my life, and I have experienced the world through the eyes of an artist since I was young. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of mediums, including oils, pastels, pencil, acrylic, and charcoal, each allowing me to explore different textures and expressions. Since 1991, I have been represented by fine art galleries, which has been an incredible privilege. One of my proudest achievements was having two of my $200 coin designs produced by the Royal Canadian Mint in 2014 and 2015, a true honor. The appeal of my work is universal, and I’m proud to say that my art is now displayed on walls across the globe in England, Switzerland and Singapore. Through every piece I create, I strive to capture the essence of life and infuse it with the same optimism and energy that first inspired me to become an artist.”
