Step By Step Instructions
1. Catalogue Designs
Step 1 – Select the painting you wish in the size you desire
Step 2 – Click ‘Add to Cart’ and keep shopping OR follow the prompts to check out
Step 3 – You will receive confirmation of your order
Step 4 – We start to build your painting, the design you have chosen.
Step 5 – Art is produced and packaged for shipping in approximately 4 – 5 weeks, starting from when a complete order is received. A complete order means we have the full payment, exact colours, size, and design to begin the painting. Some of the artwork is done in oil paint, which takes time to cure and dry. Please allow time for shipping.
Slight Alterations are accommodated:
Please indicate in the checkout message box if you desire a slight change or alteration to the catalogue design, such as colour. We will respond back with our ability to make the adjustment for the existing price, or if there will be an additional charge.
If you wish a colour change, please add a note in the checkout message box if you are mailing to us a fabric swatch to match. For colour requests, we require an exact description of the colour you want, such as a paint colour number from Benjamin Moore or other paint manufacturer, or a PMS code. Sending a photo of a pillow or fabric to match is not sufficient or acceptable.
You are welcome to drop off or send us fabric samples or inspiration items via courier or mail from which we will closely match a colour. We cannot guarantee exact matches due to differences in mediums, however we commit to doing our best for your requests. 2. Custom Requested Designs
Step 1 – Click the button that will submit a formal request to us for a custom design
Step 2 – We will call you to discuss your project and concept, including details such as size, colour, texture and design. We will confirm your price if different than catalogue pricing.
Step 3 – A $25 deposit will be collected to begin your project. The fee will be subtracted from your purchase.
Step 4 – We provide you with digital mock-ups of what you have requested.
Step 5 – You approve the digital mock-ups or we rework them until approved.
Step 6 – Payment is received to start the art production.
Step 7 – Art is produced and packaged for shipping in approximately 4 – 5 weeks, starting from when a complete order is received. A complete order means we have the payment, exact colours, size, and design to begin the painting. Some of the artwork is done in oil paint, which takes time to cure and dry. Please allow time for shipping.
Important notice:
Because these paintings are hand made by Canadian artists there will be slight differences between the image you see and the artwork you will receive. Also realize that your monitor may show the colours slightly differently than the actual art. We work hard to present images as accurately close to the actual artwork as possible. The painting you receive should look very similar to the image you have chosen on this website.
